Abstract
abstract the oil of lallemantia peltata (l.) fisch. et mey. (labiatae) obtained by simultaneous distillation-kxtraction (sde) using likens-nickerson apparatus, was analyzed by gc/ms. thirteen compounds were identified representing all of the components detected. germacrene d (27.4%), (e)--ocimene (20.1%) and geijerene (12.0%) were the major constituents of the oil.
