Abstract
abstract the water distilled essential oil from the aerial parts of teucrium melissoides boiss. et hausskn. ex boiss. was analyzed by gc/ms. fifteen compounds were identified constituting 97% of the oil. the major components were -pinene (27.7%), -pinene (16.4%), limonene (12.4%), germacrene d (10.2%) and -caryophyllene (8.9%).
