Abstract
abstract water-distilled volatiles of salvia officinalis l. ssp. altissima grown in cuba was analyzed by gc/ms. among the 43 compounds identified, germacrene d (32.9%), -caryophyllene (31.8%) and caryophyllene oxide (23.2%) were the major constituents.
